Important Note on jrpass.com's Refund Policy

All refund and cancellation policy pages on jrpass.com (including /cancellation, /terms, and /faqs/what-is-the-cancellation-policy) returned 404 errors on August 30, 2026.⁷ No terms could be confirmed. Given that an Exchange Order cannot be replaced if lost, knowing the refund policy before purchase is a reasonable precaution.
